    Hi! I am scheduling tasks for Jetpack CRM Customer Managers. We have 3 managers.

    1. I have ticked the Task Scheduler Ownership under settings. However, all the managers are able to see each other’s tasks. This is not what we want. Each manager should be able to view only his/her tasks.

    2. I was unable to find the setting to set up recurring tasks e.g. Client Portfolio review on the first of every month.

  • Hi Rahul!

    1. For this, you will need to set the user’s access and capabilities on a more granular level than what Jetpack CRM provides. I recommend using the User Role Editor plugin. You can then filter for the capabilities and select the ones you want to grant to the role.

    2. This isn’t currently possible, although we do have an open issue for this with our developers and I have added your +1 to it. I don’t have an ETA on when this might be completed though.
