HELP! This is major – viewing tasks – it does not appear possible to read what tasks where assigned to what employee or customer.

Does not appear that tasks appear on the schedule?

System generated emails notifying the employee of the assigned task have no detail and no way to get back to the assigned task!

Help – how can all the tasks assigned be identified? Without the ability to see this an entire mornings work was essentially lost, or so it seems.
