tax variation on COD

    Good morning, we use the free version and we experienced this problem.
    Customer use a general tax (Vat amount) on 10% on his products and this percentage is specified in wc, but in Italy we need to use a taxation of 22% for delivery cost and extra delivery cost. For standard delivery there are no problem as we can specify in wc shipping tools but we can’t specify in woo smart COD.
    How can we solve?
