    The additional fee for ice packs is working but no taxes are being calculated. I have “Is this amount taxable?” question set to “yes”.

    Is there anything else I need to do?

    Hello bjbowen,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This tax will be add based on the shipping method you have selected.

    Please make sure that you have selected the shipping method to flat rate because, if you have selected Local pickup as a shipping method then, tax will not apply.
