Taxonomy does not show

I am using Woocommerce and I have created a few custom taxonomies through Toolset Types plugin.
One of them shows in Admin columns settings, but not the others. I checked the taxonnomy settings and found this checkbox

show_admin_column
Whether to allow automatic creation of taxonomy columns on associated post-types.
Default: false.

I ticked it, however, the taxonomy still does not show in Admin Coolumn. I wonder if it has to be made from the beginning..? How to reset?
