Taxonomy in insert/edit link dialog

    I would like to select CPTUI taxonomy’s in the link dialog for WP.
    Is this even possible to add?

    Honestly, I have never heard or seen the ability to customize/edit that popup, and based on what I’m seeing in the core files, it’s a pretty static content popup.

    So I have to assume that it’s not possible to inject custom things there. I’m also not seeing WP core do anything custom with taxonomies there, including categories/tags.
