    Set my taxonomy for filtering based on categories and keywords. I modified a tag and it looks like the entire taxonomy is now missing.

    Is there a place where this is logged or able to be bulk updated? The filtering and taxonomy are essential.

    Why did it take 4 weeks to reply? Obviously I paid for the premium features but because of the many issues and your delayed support, I opted to refund. I recommend you shut down the WordPress channel.

    We missed a few threads recently as our support team has been travelling and working. We’re back to normal as of next week so I’ll be sure we don’t let this happen again. I apologise for the wait, it’s certainly not typical for us.
