It sounds like you need the Broadcast Category Order (…) add-on written exactly for this problem!

Hello Edward,
Yes, we already purchase Premium Pack earlier on before i post this topic to here and enabled that widget, but only the Taxonomy Order not apply to subsite. How to solve this problem?

After reordering, the taxonomies should be resynced to the child site.
Does using the Sync Taxonomies add-on to resync taxonomies solve the problem?
If not, please send me a debug text of the sync and I’ll see what’s going on.

Hello Edward,
1) I have test Sync Taxonomies over and over again and we found out that it won’t reorder old taxo that already created in child sites, while if we delete all taxo in child sites and used Sync Taxonomies, then it will reorder as it from Parent.
Looks like this works but we need to rebroadcast all the posts to all child sites again incase we need to update the Taxo name and slug.
2) If only reordering using the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin, taxo order wont apply to child sites until we do item No.1 above.
3) Do this need to debug? if yes how should i prepare the debug text of the sync?
Regards
Syncing the taxonomies should sync their order also. I’ll try it out and have a look to see what’s wrong.
I’ve fixed the add-on to also copy over the term_order column (which of course has to updated separately from each term).
If you e-mail me I can send you a beta version of the latest add-on pack so you can check the fix for yourself. [email protected]
