This popup is not from Advanced Ads, it is coming from a consent plugin like Quantcast Choices. You need such a consent plugin to manage the given/rejected consent, Advanced Ads will serve the ads based on the decision made by the visitor.

Quantcast Choices. Last updated a year ago…Why not just have your own built right in and not rely on what looks to be an abandoned plugin? It would make it more simplistic with an all-in-one plugin.
Quantcast Choices is only one of many Consent Management Platforms (CMP). These services deal with quite complex questions regarding legal implications etc. you can read more about this topic here.
They’re also managing the visitors’ consent, and Advanced Ads can react to the decisions made.
If you’re looking for an alternative, you can find one on this list or using the search engine of your choice.
In the linked manual, you’ll find an option to integrate Quantcast Choices code without using their plugin.
