Thanks for your reply. Yep, I am familiar with the settings section, and have the options clicked to yes (i.e., Display Settings>Display Designation)….but it’s still not showing up on the pop-up.

Also, I’d like to connect each profile page to a team members box (that is, on my team page, https://www.reallifecounselling.com/our-team/, when you click on Ashley’s picture, and it opens in the pop-up, how do I also have it so that when a person clicks on it, it directs to her page: https://www.reallifecounselling.com/ashley-j-kreze/

Hi @preetam27 – I would like to change the layout settings to 3 column design; each time I choose 3 column design and update the changes it continues to show 4 column instead. I’ve flushed cache, cleared cookies, and the issue isn’t resolving. Can you help me please?
