I am considering implementing leaguemanager.
There are a number of requirements that would be required.
We are a governing body for a sport and would like to allow each of our affiliated associations to have all their fixtures on our site. Thus providing a central place for all competitions. This is useful as players may play in multiple competitions (mixed, and women) and multiple associations on different nights.We need multiple levels of administration.
1. Governing body, complete administration of all associations and competitions, teams and players.
2. Association, all competitions and teams in their association.
A player cannot be deleted if they are not currently in a team as they are entitled to insurance and yearly access to site.
3. An association may have competitions at multiple venue run by different administrators so there must be restrictions based on this criteria.
4. A person nominates a team and registers as a manager. They can upload/amend all the player information either online or in a sreadsheet which can be uploaded.
5. The ability to roll forward a competition.
the new season process is as follows:
a. roll forward each team in each venue in each competition in each association
b. venue administrator changes the teams grade up or down (e.g. b grade to A grade).
c. Managers are sent an email with their team information for the new season and then they can modify the tea.
6. A player may register on our site independant of any competitions so when a manager registers a player there needs to be a check against all registered players and people who have registered independently on our site.I realise that league manager may not do all of this but in combination with league manager, membership, affiliate plugins can you give me an indication how much of this functionality is available and the best way to implement this.
