Hello, I already have made a support ticket and not had a response to my recent request after receiving the below email:
They said: This is really strange, not sure what could have happened. Also, we are not able to reproduce this locally. All other teams are working properly?
Did you migrate your site recently?
I responded saying that we have not made a migration and all other teams are working properly and then asked whether there is a button which can be pressed to delete all data, because we cannot figure out how this has happened.
As they said “Also, we are not able to reproduce this locally” and are now not responding I assumed this means they cannot recover it, which is why I have gone to a wordpress forum. The matter is urgent as we have lost a lot of data which will take hours to input again.

There is no such ID in our ticket system as you have mentioned above. Also, our ticket IDs’ are consists of 5 digits. Are you sure you are using our “Team” plugin?
