In the example linked I am trying to switch the order of team members Jason and Megan. I have attempted to set order number and that did not work and I edited all the dates and attempted to sore by date and that did not work either.

Any suggestions?

Then from Order By set Menu_Order

Like this

[tlpteam layout=”1″ orderby=”menu_order”]
