Technical Info about hosting features

Hi everybody, I used woocomerce since long time. I have an important store (fashion) where I receive average 1500 orders per months. I have already optimized woocommerce with a less number possible of plugin or third part service. I try to use some cache plugins but i prefer don’t use them beacuse I have woocommerce products linked with my central wherehouse and phisical shops around the nation. In the last 2 years I have already migrated my site in different ISP and now I have a dedicated server solution. It’s normal for us to have 60/70 active carts contemporary.

Please let me know what technical features you advise me for my dedicated server. RAM, CPU, threads, …
