There isn’t a way to send alerts from Wordfence straight to Telegram at this time. We don’t officially endorse or support any other plugins, but I did notice that WP Telegram appears to have a way of redirecting WordPress notifications intended for a specific email address to a Telegram Chat ID. I simply mention it as it could be helpful right away.
If you can’t get that to work, or you’d prefer not to use an additional plugin, I am more than happy to submit a development request to the team.
