Telegram has no technical ability to include images in text content. Image can be sent only as a separate post.

This “other” plugin is just attaching image instead of “Web preview”. You sure can achieve that in SNAP.
1. Uncheck “Attach Image to the Post” to prevent separate image post. Do not uncheck “Enable Web Preview”.
2. Add this to the beginning of message format:
That will replace “Web Preview” and include image instead of it.
i test that -> Uncheck “Attach Image to the Post” AND check “Enable Web Preview”
but that not work
in other plugin they use send image with decription not use image instead of web preview
