Temp PHP files

    Hi

    We have had a recent hack on one of our servers and I believe the vulnerability has been fixed, however I keep seeing temp PHP files been created in the Windows temp folder, should I be worried about these files? There is content within these files but it is unreadable.

    The server is Windows Server 2008.
