    The regular shortcode is working.

    Can you provide an example of what you mean by regular shortcode?

    THIS SHORTCODE WORKS–> [sc_embed_player fileurl=”http://streamall.alsolnet.com:443/fmliderhd”%5D

    (I see the Play button, it plays my streaming)
    ————————————————————–
    THIS SHORTCODE DOES NOT WORK (template1) –> [sc_embed_player_template1 fileurl=”http://streamall.alsolnet.com:443/fmliderhd”%5D

    (I see the URL, it doesn´t show the player)

    Hi, thank you for providing more information.

    Can you carry out the following test. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen, then test template1 shortcode. Let me know what happens.
