Is it possible to create a template 1 over-ride ( upgrade friendly)
and also a template 2 for the shortcode.

Any guidance on doing this?

There is a filter hook that you can use to override it from your custom code. The name of the filter is:
```
wpec_product_template
```

That works perfectly. Just creating wpec/$template_name inside my theme. Thank you!
