I have installed and configured WP HTML (v2.5) to use with Contact Form 7, and that works nicely.

However, the email template is also attaching itself to my woocommerce orders, even though I don’t have the WP HTML for Woo installed. So I am seeing my logos appear twice and some strange spacing etc, as the template is wrapping itself around my other email settings. I can send screenshots if you need to see the issue.

My server config is Apache 2.4 with PHP 5.6 with Woocommerce 3.0.7

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

  • To work with WooCommerce there’s an extension. It allows to completely customize all WooCommerce emails, even the content:

Thanks. The point is that I didnt want it adding to woocommerce as Im handling the woocommerce formatting separately. If I use your plugin, I end up with double logos and formatting on woocommerce generated emails, which is undesirable. Ill take a look again at your plugin for woocommerce, but that will mean dumping something else that is already doing other things as well.
