    Hi there!

Sorry to hear about your problems.

If I had to guess, I would suggest that you clear cache with W3 total cache. If problems persist after the cache clear, perhaps disable the AMP plugin and to rule out W3 , disable that.

I should note that our plugin shouldn’t have problems with W3 total cache, but sometimes if you just install the Shift8 CDN plugin and set it up and forget to clear cache, things could look broken until its cleared.

If problems persist, please let me know here. Feel free to email directly as well [email protected].

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Can you confirm what the site url in your settings?

The system is sensitive so if you have :

    http://fortisgroupcatalogue.freecluster.eu

It will not find it ,but if you have the exact url you used when registering on our system , such as :

    http://fortisgroupcatalogue.freecluster.eu/

(note the trailing slash), it will work.

    Ohhhhhhhh I see!
    Indeed very sensitive
I have to wait for the end of the day to check as my hosting provider is free and apparently I reached the limit of CPU usage, so right now it’s suspended
I guess they have Celeron CPU

Thats too bad about the celeron CPU 🙂

I’m here if anything else comes up.

    Thanks!
