Template CSS conflicts with style.css | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello,

Just a quick query, how can I separate the style from Template CSS to style.css because so far it only reads my <h3> and <h4> style on style.css not the Template CSS.

and also, can I change these <h3> and <h4> to something like span classes?

Thank you for the reply, everything has been sorted. Its just a conflict of styles.
