Template does not show after backup

    Hi,
    we’ve been using Elementor for a little while now and created a template for a single-product page. It worked fine until we had to upload a backup of our database. All the pages edited with Elementor crashed and looked really weird but I renewed CSS and all “normal” pages started to work fine again. Only my templates are still not working – when I click on edit everything looks like it should but the template just doesn’t show when published.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The author can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
