Template doesn’t apply to subscription emails

    I really love this plugin – thank you for creating it! However, the template I’ve created with your plugin only applies to emails I receive when someone contacts me or comments on a blog post I have written. If I publish a new post, the email that goes to my subscribers does not have the email template – it is the default format from WP. Help please?! Thank you!

    I don’t believe I do – how would I find out for sure? Apologies I’m not very technically savy on these things.

    Hi.
    Send email to subscribers is not a native functionality of WordPress, maybe you use some other plugin and this plugin send the email.

    So I used a Managed WordPress, and the email is automatically sent to my subscribers when I publish a new post. I do not see any other email plug ins activated on my blog, other than this email template plug in.

    This Managed WordPress is a plugin? do you have the URL ?

    It’s not a plugin to my knowledge, Managed WordPress hosting is a concierge service where all technical aspects of running WordPress is managed by my host (GoDaddy).

    Well… if it is not a plugin is a little difficult know what is happening.
    I suggest you open a ticket to your hosting doing this question.
