template error–help!!!!

I was messing around with the header part of my template. I simply tped in a line I wanted under the name of my title. I saved it and the edited and delted it. now when i punch in my web address i get this message

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/budgetdi/public_html/wp-content/themes/stripes/header.php on line 66

please help…i know nothing about this.
