template for custom post type

    Hi!
    I know that if I want a custom view for an specific post type WP has a inbuilt single-{posttype}.php but what if i’m not using my custom post type for post, I’m using it for pages.

    I add in the capabilities “pages-attributes”, but there isn’t any template option to asociate my template just the parent option and the order option.

    Is any solution for that or I’m doing something wrong?
