Template for my JSON

Hello there,

I’m building a site for a pharmacist and I want to integrate a JSON API, that shows which pharmacies in that region are open.

This API is made by http://www.geowacht.be and looks like :
http://api.geowacht.be/api-v3/json/pharmacies/near_coordinate?longitude=4&latitude=51

Output should look like the contents of this page, but without all the styling, header, e.g.
http://www.geowacht.be/search.html?sbm-search=zoek&txt-strt=worteldorp+11&txt-zip=2323&txt-city=hoogstraten

Looks like an adaptation of a Google Maps API and I hope, there’s already some kind of template out there, which I can use and edit to my needs.
