template import error

It is probably caused by the memory issue, can you expand the data on the error 500.

Also I would like to suggest you try following two methods:

• Install and activate this plugin https://github.com/gutentor/gutentor-template-library OR
• Try Templateberg (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/templateberg/)

Let us know if any of these fixes the issue.
