Template import stuck on loading

    Hello,

    I’m currently trying to import the “Nature – Home” template from the Royal Elementor Addons library, but after clicking on “Insert”, the loading does not complete and seems to run indefinitely.

    I’ve tried multiple times, refreshed the page, and tested different conditions, but the issue persists.

    Could you please help me resolve this and successfully import the template?

    For your information, I believe I may have identified the issue in my browser console:
    Refused to display ‘https://demosites.royal-elementor-addons.com/ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
