Template navigation unclear

    When I navigate to the admin and then chose Templates from menu on the left, I see 5 tabs:

    1. Saved Template
    2. Page
    3. Section
    4. Container
    5. Global Widget

    All are empty.

    I see sub tabs as links:

    1. All(5)
    2. Mine (3)
    3. Published (4)
    4. Draft (1)
    5. Bin (1)

    I have created a few templates, but why are the not showing by default??

    If I click MINE or ALL, then I start seeing entries.

    For me, it is very confusing, what is a template and what is content here. If all are templates, then why is it empty upon navigating there? I would expect to see all templates.

    Hi @shonu,

    I’ve checked my local site and was able to reproduce it.

    This is the default settings when going to the saved templates. To view the templates, you can click on the “All” tab/link.

    Hi Rica

    OK, fine that you say it is default, but do you find this behaviour intuitive from UI/X design? If it confuses a technician like me, then I think many are confused. What is the logic behind this behaviour? Apparently, I have a different expectation….
