    Hello @vedappan thanks for getting in touch. I can investigate this further for you if you could provide the following:

    1. Your Site Health information privately via this form.
    2. What browser and device are you experiencing this issue on? Have you tried using Web Stories in another browser, and if so, are you experiencing the same issue there, as well?
    3. When trying to view the templates are you getting any browser console errors that you can share?

    Once the information is provided I can help advise on next steps for you.
