The latest version of this plugin is 4.2.1. Please make sure you have it installed on your site. Our plugin is tested up to the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress.
I checked it on our live demo and dev site, the swatches were working properly.
Please make sure you have the proper settings of swatches on your site. You can refer to our doc here for more info: https://doc.wpclever.net/wpcvs/.
If you still can’t figure it out, kindly try switching to another WooCommerce specialized theme such as our WPC themes https://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/wpclever/#content-themes or Storefront theme. Our developers said not all themes are optimized for WooCommerce.
You can go to Products >> Attributes and check which type of swatches you have chosen for those attributes. Some types of swatches, such as image or color requires a value specified for each term to be used.
Have you tried turning off all plugins other than woocommerce and WPC Variation Swatches? What does it look like then? Do you have any custom CSS code or code snippets enabled? If so, turn them off. What does it look like then?
