• The disadvantage of being used to WYSIWYG editors is when something good, like WP, comes, I really have no idea what to do with it.
I just got and installed WP on my host and been playing around styles and template with it. I got some sample templates from Alex King’s site that I really want to base my blog to but I can’t make it work the way i wanted it to.
I wanted my blog to be always on the center of the page with no vertical scrolling. The content may look like a page loaded into an iframe so that I can achieve the no-vertical-scrolling page.
I already have the images and backgrounds im going to use but i can make it work.
    I dont know CSS.
http://onat.aiipg.com/temp/mysample.jpg – I got some of the images from the template previews and I just patched it all up.
I need help. All I can promise now is your link on my main page and a Gmail invite. Please help. Thank you very much.

There was a post made earlier in the week detailing how to design around WP in a WYSIWYG. Try searching for it, probably answers your question there.

OK, I’ll try some of those.
I think what I need to know is how to position a DIV containing 2DIVs sidebyside. One DIV (where hte calendar and misc will go) and the other (where the content will go, and it would scroll everytime the text exceeds the DIV space). Did I made sense?
Would I need a new Indexpage to do that?
Should I embedded the CSS on the page?
    Thank you again.

Oh! And a background image (http://onat.aiipg.com/temp/mysample.jpg) that would also stay in the middle, always aligned to the main DIV.
    😀
