Template Troubles

I am having trouble installing a template on my WP site:
It’s here:

I read and followed this:
http://wiki.ww.wp.xz.cn/StyleCompetition
And tried to install the “Simple Sky” template on Alex King’s site.
It’s a simple look now, but I’d prefer the real deal.
