Hello @mi4mama9,
Thank you for reaching out,
And thank you for providing detailed information about the issue.
There are two ways to disable the sidebar:
Method 1. General Options, so if you want to remove the sidebar site wide, go to: WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer, then find the Layout Settings. For example:
- WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Pages & Special Pages > Page Layout for pages
- If you want to remove it from WooCommerce, navigate to WooCommerce > Archive or Single Product, then find and adjust the Page Layout Settings for WooCommerce.
- If you want to remove it from the blog, go to Blog Settings > Archive or Single Post, then find and adjust the Page Layout Settings for the blog.

These settings will affect all single posts, pages, or products across the site.
Method 2. Page-Specific Settings: So, if you want to disable the sidebar on a specific page/post/product:
- Open the desired page.
- At the top right of the editor, click the “O” icon (OceanWP settings).
- In the General tab, set the Content Layout (for post/page/product layout).

This method affects only the selected post/page/product.
Note: For method #2, you need to install the Ocean Extra plugin to access OceanWP settings under pages.
Save all changes.
Hope it helps,
Please let me know if you have any questions about the above items.
Best Regards
Thank you Shahin! I used the first method and it works! Best regards Elisa
You’re most welcome.
I’m glad that the solution was helpful.
HI! I unfortunately need to correct the resolution of my issue with the page layout.
Unfortunately, the sidebar space is still visible (e.g., https://www.alagilleitalia.org/privacy-policy/).
In the Blog section, I couldn’t find the Settings option you mentioned, but I tried going to Customize on the page and applying the Full Width layout—without success.
I also tried editing the page, but there is no option to set “No Sidebar”.
By default, the page template applied automatically corresponds to this one: https://yoga.oceanwp.org/blog/. What else can I try? I have the free version of ocean WP.
Thank you
Elisa
Hello @mi4mama9,
Thank you for reaching out,
This issue is occurring outside of OceanWP theme on your site and is due to a width restriction, which causes the empty space to appear on the right side of the page where there is no sidebar. Here is the related screenshot: https://ibb.co/zVW791Bc.
But since you are using a pro plugin, we cannot help you.
Kindly note that we cannot solve/talk about the premium plugin according to the forum rules. Please read the forum guidelines: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products — I just wanted to show you that the issue is not coming from the theme.
Thank you for understanding,
Best Regards
