template wpi folder

Use custom templates. If checked, WP-Invoice will use templates in the ‘wpi’ folder in your active theme’s folder.
A “wpi” folder has been found, any files with the proper file names will be used instead of the default template files.

ive even temp changed the octal to 0777 and 0775 no joy
also can not find core dir anyplace nor a wpi in wp-invoice plugin dir or any place but says to copy that folder.

what are we doing wrong please
