    Hey folks,

Pretty sure there’s a way to save an email from a recent campaign and reuse it as a kind of template for future ones, without having to duplicate the whole campaign.
If that’s a thing, could someone point me in the right direction?

Posting here instead of pinging support, figured it might help others too. Thanks!

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for posting this here—and for thinking of everyone in the WordPress community! Reusing a recent email as a template is a great time-saver, and you’re right that you don’t need to duplicate the whole campaign every time. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open the draft of the campaign (or automation email) you want to turn into a template.
    2. Click the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the editor.
    3. Select “Save as a template.”

    4. In the menu that appears, choose whether to save as a new template (you’ll need to give it a name) or update an existing template (just pick one from the dropdown).

      5. After naming or selecting, click “Save as a template” again. You’ll see a confirmation that your template is saved.

That’s it! Your template is now in your Templates library, ready to power any future campaign or automation. You can create as many custom templates as you like 😉

From saving and organizing templates to fine-tuning your message flow, we’ve got your back. If there’s anything, big or small, you’d like help with, just let us know, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
