Correction!
Due to bad assumptioning on my part, I now need to amend my original statement.
When you attempt to delete the “Wishlist” template, specifically, any previously deleted templates are re-installed.
This is still a cool bug — possibly cooler than originally thought.
Hi,
It’s a really old feature of the plugin, originally the focus of the plugin was on creating ‘wishlists’ of amazon items related to the content of your site.
So there always had to be a ‘wishlist’ template, so there is some code to check for its existence – if it is not there then it re-installs all the default templates. It was also a kind of ‘first’ install trigger as well.
Now that there is a facility to re-install the defaults manually I should really take it out.
But in the short term, like you have discovered, just keep the wishlist template installed.
Paul
Thanks for confirming! I’ll just keep the wishlist around then.
