Thank you for sharing the website URL. For that, I could investigate the issue you are facing. It seems like you are using a caching plugin and that is causing all the CSS messed up.
Could you please purge/ clear the cache and then temporarily deactivate the caching plugin?
After that, can you please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button.

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
Note: Some caching plugins also store cache on the server site, please also clear the server cache.
If the issue is gone then it’s because of caching plugin. Then you can configure your caching plugin properly.
Please exclude this URL from your caching plugin:
For CSS:
/wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/*.css
For JS:
/wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/*.js
If you have enabled the Delay JavaScript execution option then add this URL: /wp-content/uploads/essential-addons-elementor/*.js
If the issue is still there, then please share your template JSON file with us so that we could investigate it on our site and resolve the issue.
