Hmmmm … this is a FREE plugin – i have used it for years and sometimes “shit happends”. Allen is a great guy and he DO answer when you send a private mail to him. Maybe this is just a thing you should tell him in private.
I remember when i did have a problem. I contacted Allen in private and he spend some time trying to help me out for free – after a while we found a solution but before we did he was very humble and told me that there is other plugin that do the same thing as Allen’s – the only difference is they cosy money.
So … maybe you should search for a payed for plugin 🙂 insted of “jumping” on Allen!

Sure it’s a free plugin, but authors bear some responsibility when they create a product we use. Grow up — this forum is here for a reason and we will use it whenever and however we want!
