    I have bought pro version mainly because there are pre-made templates included but right now there is nothing in Templates tab different from lite version.
    I was writing an email but no reply so far so please do not tell me this is not right forum for pro requests.

    Hello bacil,

    I have also Fancy Gallery Pro and have the same problem like you. But besides that I cannot make the latest updates. There is a problem with the server. With other plugins there are no problems.

    Mr. Hoppe doesnt answer when I wrote him an e-mail 3 weeks ago. There is no telephone-number in the imprint. I found a telephone-number in the whois-document. But this number is deactivated.

    I bought the software 2 times and paid € 50,- and have plugin which is not working correctly, not possible to update and get no reaction from the developer.

    To get e-mail-support you have to pay extra. But who knows, if you then get an answer. To my mind Dennis Hoppe is not very serious.

    I am very angry about that.
