Templates won't update

Suddenly the custom template on a client’s site isn’t updating. I keep clicking save, and then update and nothing happens. It’s on the home page so it’s a big issue. I de-activated WP Super Cache to see if that was the issue but it wasn’t. (top of page with dates)
