TEMPLATIC – Do Not Process Refunds

    I trialled the Templatic Classifieds theme, and had issues with it and the support. Requested refund several times, and get ignored. They also delete my posts from their forum.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TEMPLATIC – You WILL be disappointed! Riddled with niggly bugs (just read their forum) and the support service is nothing like what they describe.

    I will update this post if Templatic have the decency to meet their Customer Service obligations.

    I have instead purchased 68Classifieds and running a TemplateCodes theme. Cost a few more bucks, but the WordPress solution was just not up to scratch for a commercial application.

    TEMPLATIC SUCKS!

    They have now deleted my account on their website… lol. What a way to handle your customers. Take their money, and if they complain then delete their account!

    DO NOT BUY FROM TEMPLATIC GUYS…. this is unacceptable!
