Templating engine compatible with WooCommerce

I’m new to WordPress / used a long time ago, coming from a Laravel Background using Blade as a templating language I’m finding templates a bit of a mess on my screen and was hoping to use a templating language within my WooCommerce theme development.

I downloaded https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/blade/ and installed it directly in my theme which worked like a dream for regular WordPress templates, however when navigating to a WooCommerce (example: wwww.mysite.com/shop) then it did not recognise the blade syntax and failed. (WooCommerce templates are located in my theme/woocommerce folder to overwrite defaults).

Does anyone have any experience in integrating a templating engine with WooCommerce custom templates and normal WordPress templates in tandem (ideally Blade but open to other suggestions).
