Hello there!
Please be informed that you have the option to select which events you’d like to display in your timetable by choosing them in the block or widget settings using the “Specific Events” section. The same can be done using the plugin’s shortcode. You will just need to list the IDs of the events you’d like to display using the “events” parameter.
Alternatively, you can just put your events into Draft mode; this will also hide them from your website.

Is it possible to do the same to a specific timeslot?

Unfortunately, no plugin functionality allows hiding specific timeslots. Additionally, the source code of the timetable doesn’t utilize any unique identifiers for these timeslots, which means that even CSS cannot be used to hide a specific timeslot.
