Term length

Is there a way to only pick up terms when the encyclopedia scans pages & posts that are stand alone, not part of a word?

For example I have a terms as follows:
term = ap
Definition = Aerial Photography

Example: the “ap” in apple like this apple is picked up

Term = bec
Defination = battery eliminator circuit

Example: the “bec” in because is picked up
