Kindly paste the code given below in Custom CSS box (Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS).

#payment .terms { 
    margin-bottom: 1em !important; 
}
.form-row.wc-terms-and-conditions label input[type=checkbox] {
    margin-right: 0 !important;
}
.form-row.wc-terms-and-conditions label span {
    margin-left: 20px;
}
