I’ve tested this on your site and I can see the issue. I did notice, however, that the site is cached with W3 Total Cache plugin. Have you already tried – just for testing – purge cache and temporarily disable it?
If not, could you give it a try? I think it might be involved here and this way we could either rule it out or narrow potential reasons down.
Update me here, please, once you test it.

I purged cache and even disabled W3 Total Cache and results are exactly the same. I don’t think that it that because the the same form is called at http://www.boursorama-parrainage.info/etapes and it’s perfectly working.

If the same opt-in working on a different page, perhaps some element added on a page is breaking the checkbox.
Would you please clone your current page into a test page, see if you can replicate the issue there. If the issue can be replicated, start removing one element at a time, from that page. Each time check if the checkbox is working.
This way you will find wich element on a page is breaking the checkbox.

Hi,
In the DOM, the checkhbox seems to be checked ( https://www.screencast.com/t/7Z2y5SD9pEg ) but on ajax submission, I do not have the form data data[gdpr]: on
I don’t know why… I did a test by removing all the content of my homepage except the form and I still have the issue. Same result when I disable W3TC.
When I create a new page and add the form, it’s ok (like http://www.boursorama-parrainage.info/etapes). So the issue is on the HP but I don’t know what is blocking the GDPR submission.
Is that possible to have the help of one of your developers ?
