Terrible customer service

I posted a support request nearly two weeks ago, no one has followed up. I’ve also noticed other unresolved topics that haven’t received replies either, and some of them are four weeks old. Either they have no support, or they’re just super lazy. If you want a basic coming soon page, it’ll do the basics, but don’t expect too much. I’ve tried to add a twitter link into the social media section of the backend, and it refuses to save. Will be researching other ‘coming soon’ plugins tomorrow.
