Hey @funkydmtl would love to see a support thread from you so that we can try and answer any questions you may have still and address any concerns. We love and do listen to feedback with the WordPress plugin here. It helps us make a better product for the users.
I’m not going to waste any time opening a support thread. All you have to do is install the plugin on any site and try making it work – easy to install and customize. As it is now, that’s impossible. Once you achieve that, I’ll be the first in line to implement it on all of my clients sites.
Well, in what ways are you expecting to be able to customize? Are you expecting Customizer integration for some general appearance? Some sort of UI panel to customize text used? A textarea to supply custom styles? A UI panel to choose colors and padding? A combination of all the above?
I am confident in saying that things are customizable, it’s just a matter of our support knowing what you’re trying to achieve, so that they can point you in the right direction. I will grant the fact that some aspects are going to be more coder/developer focused, but we’re trying to evolve the plugin to make those parts more “end user” friendly.
Regarding anything with appearance, if you or someone on the team knows CSS at all, then that’s just a matter of digging in a bit and using inspector tools. We do not presently have UI for style appearance tweaks though.
